A new Dutch platform for sustainable property management
Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, 26 May 2025 – Six experienced entrepreneurs in homeowners' association (HOA) and property management have joined forces in DomiLinq. DomiLinq is a new platform focused on sustainable, locally-driven entrepreneurship, originated from the idea that cooperation strengthens. Supported by Strikwerda Investments, a successful Dutch family office with a long-term vision, DomiLinq aims to enhance the quality and future resilience of the industry and to support its customers with complex issues such as sustainability and planned maintenance. The founders of DomiLinq each bring over 20 years of experience in HOA- and property management.
Collaborative entrepreneurship with retained identity, culture, and autonomy
The affiliated entrepreneurs continue to operate independently, maintaining their own brands, teams, and client relationships. By sharing knowledge and experience within a single platform, there's room for joint innovation, process optimization, personnel development, and further professionalization. The collaboration with Strikwerda Investments offers affiliated companies the space to invest in employees, technology and sustainability.

Together, they manage over 40,000 residential units. What unites them is the shared belief that collaboration is the future—without sacrificing local ties. Several other HOA- and property managers will join DomiLinq in the coming months.
