A new Dutch platform for sustainable HOA and real estate management

Six experienced entrepreneurs in HOA- and real estate management have joined forces in DomiLinq. DomiLinq is a new platform that focuses on sustainable, local entrepreneurship, born from the idea that collaboration leads to strengthening. With the support of Strikwerda Investments, a successful Dutch family office with a long-term vision, DomiLinq strives to strengthen the quality and future-proofness of HOA- and real estate management and to support its customers with complex themes such as sustainability and systematic maintenance. The founders of DomiLinq each have more than 20 years of experience in homeowners' association and property management.

Doing business together while maintaining identity, culture and autonomy

The affiliated companies continue to operate independently, while maintaining their own brand, team and customer relationships. By combining knowledge and experience within one platform, there is room for joint innovation, process optimisation, personnel development and further professionalisation. The collaboration with Strikwerda Investments offers affiliated companies space to invest in employees, technology and sustainability.

Together, they manage more than forty thousand homes. What unites them is the shared belief that collaboration is the future – without compromising on local ties. In the coming months, several other management offices will join DomiLinq.
