Chief Executive Officer

André de Winter is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in vve and real estate management. André founded the Winter VvE Group in 2006, followed by ProFinance VvE Support in 2021. Since the start in 2024, he has been CEO of DomiLinq.

Bart Bahlman

Chief Commercial Officer

Bart Bahlman is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in vve and real estate management. Bart is the founder of Waalvast and also active in management and board positions at Winter VvE Groep, ProFinance VvE Support and Waalvast. He has been CCO of DomiLinq since 2024.

Robin IJzerman

Chief Financial Officer

Robin IJzerman has over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, integrations and professionalizing financial processes within growing organizations. This includes KPMG & Intero Integrity. Robin has been CFO of DomiLinq since 2026.

Frank Kroeze

Chief Operating Officer

Frank Kroeze has more than 10 years of experience in commercial strategy and transformations, including at Simon-Kucher and DELTA Fiber. He supports entrepreneurs with playbooks, knowledge sharing and data-driven insights and has been COO of DomiLinq since 2026.
